TERMS OF SERVICE (Shopify: Settings → Policies → Terms of service) 1. About these terms This website is operated by Dude Tallow LLC ("Dude Tallow," "we," "us"), 419 Eugene, Norton Shores, MI 49441. By visiting dudetallow.com or buying from us, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. 2. Who can buy You must be at least 18 years old to purchase from this site. By placing an order you confirm you are 18 or older and that the products you're ordering are legal to possess where you live. 3. Our products Dude Tallow products are cosmetics for external use only. They are not drugs or dietary supplements. Our statements about them have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration, and our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. If you're pregnant, nursing, or have a medical condition, talk to your doctor before use. 4. Hemp-derived CBDOur CBD Muscle Balm contains hemp-derived CBD with less than 0.3% THC, as defined in the 2018 Farm Bill. State laws on hemp-derived products vary, and you are responsible for knowing the rules where you live. We don't ship CBD products to states where they aren't permitted. Topical use is unlikely to affect a drug test, but we cannot guarantee any test result — if you're subject to drug testing, check with your employer before use. 5. Orders and pricing We may refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be for resale, orders with pricing or description errors, and orders we can't legally fill. Prices are in U.S. dollars and can change without notice. Promotional codes are limited to one per order unless stated otherwise and can be ended at any time.6. Subscriptions and recurring billing If you choose "Subscribe & Save," you are enrolling in automatically recurring orders: - You pick the frequency at checkout: every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months.- Your card on file is charged automatically before each shipment, at the subscription price shown at checkout, plus applicable shipping and tax.- Subscriptions continue until you cancel. There is no minimum number of orders and no cancellation fee.- You can cancel or change your plan any time from the link in your subscription emails, from your account, or by emailing hello@dudetallow.com. Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order to avoid being charged for it.- If a charge fails, we may retry it. If it keeps failing, we may pause or cancel the subscription.- Subscription prices and discounts may change; we'll email you before any change takes effect. 7. Rewards program Points earned in our rewards program have no cash value, can't be sold or transferred, and may expire under the program rules. We can change or end the program at any time. Points from an order that is refunded may be reversed.8. Returns Returns and refunds are covered by our Return and Refund Policy, which is part of these terms. 9. Accuracy of the site We do our best to describe products and show them accurately, but we don't warrant that descriptions, photos, colors, or other content are error-free. Content on this site is for general information and isn't medical advice. 10. Your account and conduct You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your password secure. Don't use the site to break the law, scrape it, interfere with it, or submit false reviews. 11. Reviews and submissions If you submit a review, photo, comment, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use it in connection with our business, and you confirm it is your own honest experience with the product. 12. Intellectual property The Dude Tallow name, logo, "Skip the Routine.™", site content, photography, and copy are our property and may not be used without written permission.13. Limitation of liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim related to a product or your use of this site is limited to the amount you paid for the order at issue. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law. 14. Governing law These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Michigan. 15. Changes We may update these terms at any time.
