4. PURCHASE OPTIONS CANCELLATION POLICY

You can cancel your Dude Tallow subscription at any time. There is no minimum number of orders, no cancellation fee, and no penalty.
- Use the "Manage subscription" link in any subscription confirmation or reminder email
- Log in to your account at dudetallow.com and open Subscriptions
- Or email hello@dudetallow.com and we'll take care of it for you
Cancel at least 24 hours before your next scheduled order to avoid being charged for it. An order that has already been processed or shipped is covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.
Skip or change instead of cancelling
You can also skip a single shipment, change your delivery frequency (every month, every 2 months, or every 3 months), swap products, or update your payment method without cancelling.
If a payment fails, we may retry it. If it continues to fail, we may pause or cancel the subscription, and we'll email you when that happens.
